Fee rates, turnaround time, and submittance requirements

My rate for writing and editing is $.01 per word. Manuscripts longer than five thousand words need to be pre-paid for half at the time of the order with the other half due at return of the manuscript. Paypal is my remittance of choice. If turnaround time is dependent on need, I will have to negotiate that with you and it may involve other fees. Manuscripts must be e-mailed in MS Word.
